COMMUNITY MARKETING (rif. WWCM)

You could socialize with anybody. For your friends, you are a reference-point, a born leader who attract everybody’s energy. You have an outgoing personality, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility. You feel at ease in a team. You perfectly know all the tools of web and mobile communication, beside social networking techniques (for example, myspace, orkut, and meetup). You have a gift for communication, you are talented in blogging, you can write properly, and you have content management skills. Moreover, you speak English and have at least one-year’s experience in a similar role (web community management and establishing relationships with the members of web communities). After a first training period, you will support a senior; then, you will analyze the community’s needs to turn the minto objectives and plans. WEB DESIGNER (rif. WWD)

A visionary creative, feeling at ease with online communication and Internet, paying attention to details and knowing that they make the difference. Experienced in below-the-line, web graphics, website design, and rich media campaigns. At least three years of working experience as web designer without considering throwing in the sponge. Favourite pastimes: Techniques for digital photo retouching and processing, as well as vector graphics, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Macromedia Flash. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of multimedia publishing problems as well as the main web animation techniques, can speak English, and loves working in a team, better if without coming to blows! We would really like to see his/her portfolio attached to the job application.

WEB CONTENT MANAGER (rif. WCM)

Being responsible for all the editorial content of a website, the ideal candidate will define its strategies, follow its updating, plan the reports and see to its publishing, directly answering for it to the person in charge of the project. At least three years of working experience in the same role or managing and processing web content for complex web projects. Having to cope with content management systems and methods leaves does not worry the candidate we are looking for, who is also good at speaking English and using MS Office softwares. Accuracy, self-initiative and team spirit are welcome. We are really looking forward to enjoying his/her portfolio.

WEB EDITOR (rif. WWE)

A hopeless perfectionist, who is keen on the Internet. Being a very dynamic person, the ideal candidate is always a step ahead. He/She will have to process and update the editorial content of websites. Therefore, at least 1 or 2 years of experience on developing and managing the content of web and/or news projects is required. University-cultured, he/she can speak English and use MS Office softwares, answering directly to the Web Content Manager. If you know even html editors, you are definetely the person we are looking for.

FLASH/WEB DEVELOPER (rif. WFD)

Two or three years of working experience as freelancer for web agencies, developing web projects by integrating html, flash, and database. Expert in Macromedia Flash, Actionscript, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, and functions interfacing Flash with database. Additional knowledge of PHP and ASP are welcome. Good organizational skills, accuracy, self-initiative, and team spirit complete the profile. If you identify yourself with it, don't hesitate to attach your portfolio.

WEB MARKETING (Rif. WWM)

A passion for online operations, search engines, direct-emailing, community marketing, media strategy, and viral. The ideal candidate will become part of the web creative team and work closely with the Creative Director. Handling with a problem, he/she can come up with new solutions and original alternative approaches. JUNIOR COPYWRITER (Rif. WCJ)

Accurate, flexible, and motivated. Being a brilliant creative, one day he/she will write a best-selling novel or the script of a cult movie. For the moment, he/she prefers to join our team. The ideal candidate likes playing in a team and knows the game rules, which means having at least two or three years of experience in this role. If you attach your portfolio, we will pay all our attention to it.

ACCOUNT MANAGER (rif. WAM)

The ideal candidate will manage the projects and the clients of the agency in several different fields, such as experiential marketing, advertising, events, promotions, interactive (web and mobile), operating with self-initiative and in an autonomous way, from offers to operational executions, including cost estimates, relationships with suppliers, team management. Flexible and at least 3-year experienced, he/she can communicate in an effective way with any kind of conversation partner.
